I have been in the fitness industry for over 35 years and I believe that keeping your body fit and healthy plays a major part in keeping your mind healthy too.

I feel creating balance within people’s lifestyles is massively important and I aim to help improve their general mindset by helping them achieve this one day at a time.

Creating your dream body is not all about spending countless hours in the gym, it is about developing a strong and healthy mind that encourages you to bring out the best version of yourself in every aspect!

I train and coach women to be their strongest selves both inside and out, I work with disordered eating and body image struggles to menopause, pelvic floor, and hormonal issues and pre/post-natal training.

I have worked and trained with men of all ages to lose weight and gain muscle, supporting bodybuilders to a competitive standard.

I am a GP trained Personal Trainer working with clients who had physical injuries and illnesses such as Strokes, MS, Motor Neurone Disease, and post injury support.

This inspired me further to become a Pilates Instructor, Pilates is a form of exercise that everyone can take part in. It benefits the body and the mind, complimenting all other exercises you may take part in, everyone should take part in Pilates!

I want to help people to be the best version of themselves! Working on positive body image, relationship with food to menopause and post/prenatal training, post-injury support, weight training, fat loss, general improved performance, healthy mindset, lifestyle, and personal goal setting.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer known for my Instagram page: @fitnesswithfeebs where I stand by the motto, High Standards, Low Squats! My aspiration is to help people feel empowered and fall in love with fitness. I believe that fitness does not only makes you stronger physically, but also mentally, my ultimate goal is to make others feel and experience the same. I feel positive that I can help you love your body and reach your health, nutrition and lifestyle goals.

I’m experienced in delivering classes, anything from HIIT training to stretch.

Previously, I was a dancer, then a competitive Acrobatic Gymnast, competing nationally and internationally, which at the height placed 2nd in Britain.

My aim is to help you turn your weaknesses into strengths – something I achieved myself through my own fitness journey. Having the opportunity to do what I love and help others achieve their goals is something I value every day. I have no limits when it comes to developing my knowledge and I continue to progress to be the best version of myself.
