VR Leisure is Expanding!

We are delighted to announce that work has begun at VR Leisure on our new gym extension!

We have worked extremely hard to over the past year to build a community and provide our members with our simple vision, providing world-class exercise, fitness, and wellbeing facilities for all! VR Leisure has become a local hub for people who have a shared interest in exercise, health, and wellbeing. This brand-new fitness centre extension will offer us the space to accommodate more personal trainers, more state-of-the-art equipment, more amenities, and more gym classes!

The growth isn’t limited to purely space. Our team is also expanding. With new additions such as our gym manager, Kayla, and our newest P.T Natalie Calpin. Our new gym manager Kayla brings a wealth of experience in both fitness and wellbeing, whilst taking over the day-to-day operations and freeing up time our owners/trainers, Lee, and Dean.  Lee and Dean can now take on a more hands on approach around the gym, including spending one-to-one time with our members, giving them exercise advice and imparting their wisdom. Allowing our team to focus on you, emphasizing what VR Leisure is all about. A friendly and helpful environment for our members, putting their needs at the forefront of activities. Look out for Lee & Dean around the gym, they’re always happy to help!

Whilst Lee & Dean will still always be on hand to offer their services, the coming months will also see the addition of experienced personal trainer, Natalie Calpin. Natalie has over 17 years experience in the fitness industry after losing 5 stone herself and keeping it off! She is a health and well-being PT Reiki master who offers teacher guidance on how to achieve goals, both physical and mental. Natalie works with clients on an individual basis for PT, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. Her forte is working with a mind-body-soul approach through weight training, bodyweight exercises, Pilates, boxercise, spin, glide, reiki, meditation, and much more! These techniques can be adapted, all depending on your goals.

Through our ambitious extension and with Nat guiding sessions, we will now be able to offer a plethora of training and health and wellbeing services both on an individual and group basis. Including:

  • Pilates
  • Weight training
  • Boxercise
  • Spin
  • Massages
  • Core and stretch
  • Glide
  • Yoga

The extension project we have embarked on is a project with our members at the forefront of our mind. To develop the home of exercise, fitness, and wellbeing in S25 and the wider community. Our ambitious project is well underway and the whole VR Leisure team are ecstatic to reveal the results. We will continue to keep you posted with our milestones and progress as the project develops!
